Questions people actually ask
No. Everything runs in your browser. If you want it to look and open like an app, each tool has an "Add to home screen" button that puts its own icon on your phone.
No. Galla is bought once and stays yours, forever. The other tools are free. Nothing here is set up as an auto-debit on your account.
On your own phone. Bills, khata, customers, photos — none of it is uploaded to us. That also means a lost phone is a lost khata, so use the Backup button now and then.
Once the page has opened, yes. Billing, the khata, invoices and posters all keep working on a weak signal or none at all. Only payment and sign-in need a connection.
Sign in with the same email you paid with and it unlocks. If something still looks wrong, write to buildhaus10@gmail.com with the payment id and it gets fixed by hand.
Yes — within seven days, no questions asked. Every tool has a free version precisely so nobody has to buy blind, but if it still is not right for your shop, just ask.
How it works
Use it free for five bills a day, for as long as you like — every part works, nothing is crippled. Paying removes the daily limit, opens every past day of hisaab and turns on CSV export. Buy with any UPI app, card or netbanking, sign in with the same email, and it opens.
About
BUILDHAUS is a software company in Hapur, Uttar Pradesh. We build products for the sixty million businesses in this country that were never anybody's target market — the shop, the mill, the clinic, the one-person studio. They were told to buy software written for a different country, in a different language, on a monthly bill they could not justify. So they went back to the register and the diary. We build the alternative.
Everything we ship follows the same rules. It speaks the language the business speaks. It opens on the phone already in their pocket. It carries their brand, not ours. And it is bought once, because a business that counts every rupee should not be renting the tools it works with.
Your data stays on your own device. We do not hold your invoices, your customers or your ledger — which means we cannot lose them, sell them, or lock you out of them. Export everything at any time. Delete it just as easily.

The BUILDHAUS name, logo, identity, website, the source code of our tools, our copy, templates and designs are owned by BUILDHAUS and protected by copyright.
Without written permission you may not:
Using a tool grants a personal, non-transferable licence and nothing more.
The content you enter and the documents you generate belong to you. We claim no ownership over your business data. You are responsible for their accuracy and legality.
Scope, timeline and cost are agreed in writing before work begins. On full payment, the delivered work is yours, with domain, hosting and accounts in your name. Our reusable internal tooling remains ours.
Paid access is processed by Razorpay; we never see your card or bank details. Because access is digital and immediate, purchases are generally non-refundable. If a tool does not work as described, write within seven days and we will fix it or refund you.
Tools may be updated, changed or withdrawn. Free and beta tools are provided as they are.
Tools are provided without warranty. We are not liable for loss of data, business or profit. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you paid us. Our invoicing tool is not tax, accounting or legal advice — confirm your GST treatment with a qualified professional.
Do not use our tools for anything unlawful or to produce false financial documents.
Indian law applies. Courts at Hapur, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.

The short version: our tools keep your data on your own device, and we collect as little as possible.
The tools run entirely in your browser. Your business details, logo, clients, items, invoices and menus are saved in your browser's local storage on your own device.
When you email us we receive your address, name and message. We use it only to reply and to run the work you are asking about.
Paid access is processed by Razorpay. Your payment details go directly to them under their privacy policy. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank credentials.
We run no advertising trackers and sell no data. Our tools set no advertising cookies; local storage holds only your own work.
Netlify hosts the site, Google Fonts serves typefaces, Razorpay handles payments and a QR image service renders codes when the local generator is unavailable. Each may process limited technical data such as your IP address.
Ask us what we hold, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion at buildhaus10@gmail.com. We respond within thirty days. Data inside a tool is already under your control.
Our services are meant for businesses and are not directed at children under 13.
Everything is served over HTTPS. No method of storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
