These terms govern your use of the BUILDHAUS website and the BUILDHAUS Tools. By using them you agree to what follows.
1. Who we are
BUILDHAUS is based in Hapur, Uttar Pradesh, India. Reach us at buildhaus10@gmail.com.
2. Our intellectual property
The BUILDHAUS name, logo, identity, website, the source code of our tools, our copy, templates and designs are owned by BUILDHAUS and protected by copyright.
Without written permission you may not:
- copy, republish or redistribute our tools, code, designs or content
- decompile or reverse engineer a tool in order to rebuild it
- resell, sublicense or rent anything we have made
- remove or alter any credit or copyright notice
- use our name or work to imply an endorsement that does not exist
Using a tool grants a personal, non-transferable licence and nothing more.
3. What you make with our tools
The content you enter and the documents you generate belong to you. We claim no ownership over your business data. You are responsible for their accuracy and legality.
4. Client work
Scope, timeline and cost are agreed in writing before work begins. On full payment, the delivered work is yours, with domain, hosting and accounts in your name. Our reusable internal tooling remains ours.
5. Payments and refunds
Paid access is processed by Razorpay; we never see your card or bank details. Because access is digital and immediate, purchases are generally non-refundable. If a tool does not work as described, write within seven days and we will fix it or refund you.
6. Availability
Tools may be updated, changed or withdrawn. Free and beta tools are provided as they are.
7. Limitation of liability
Tools are provided without warranty. We are not liable for loss of data, business or profit. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you paid us. Our invoicing tool is not tax, accounting or legal advice — confirm your GST treatment with a qualified professional.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use our tools for anything unlawful or to produce false financial documents.
9. Governing law
Indian law applies. Courts at Hapur, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
