These terms govern your use of the BUILDHAUS website and the BUILDHAUS Tools. By using them you agree to what follows.

The BUILDHAUS name, logo, identity, website, the source code of our tools, our copy, templates and designs are owned by BUILDHAUS and protected by copyright.
Without written permission you may not:
Using a tool grants a personal, non-transferable licence and nothing more.
The content you enter and the documents you generate belong to you. We claim no ownership over your business data. You are responsible for their accuracy and legality.
Scope, timeline and cost are agreed in writing before work begins. On full payment, the delivered work is yours, with domain, hosting and accounts in your name. Our reusable internal tooling remains ours.
Paid access is processed by Razorpay; we never see your card or bank details. Because access is digital and immediate, purchases are generally non-refundable. If a tool does not work as described, write within seven days and we will fix it or refund you.
Tools may be updated, changed or withdrawn. Free and beta tools are provided as they are.
Tools are provided without warranty. We are not liable for loss of data, business or profit. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you paid us. Our invoicing tool is not tax, accounting or legal advice — confirm your GST treatment with a qualified professional.
Do not use our tools for anything unlawful or to produce false financial documents.
Indian law applies. Courts at Hapur, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.

The short version: our tools keep your data on your own device, and we collect as little as possible.
The tools run entirely in your browser. Your business details, logo, clients, items, invoices and menus are saved in your browser's local storage on your own device.
When you email us we receive your address, name and message. We use it only to reply and to run the work you are asking about.
Paid access is processed by Razorpay. Your payment details go directly to them under their privacy policy. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank credentials.
We run no advertising trackers and sell no data. Our tools set no advertising cookies; local storage holds only your own work.
Netlify hosts the site, Google Fonts serves typefaces, Razorpay handles payments and a QR image service renders codes when the local generator is unavailable. Each may process limited technical data such as your IP address.
Ask us what we hold, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion at buildhaus10@gmail.com. We respond within thirty days. Data inside a tool is already under your control.
Our services are meant for businesses and are not directed at children under 13.
Everything is served over HTTPS. No method of storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
