What it does
Most small businesses in India are stuck between two bad options: a Word file that gets the GST wrong, or software that charges four to five hundred rupees a month for something you use a few times a week. This is the third option — a proper invoice tool that costs nothing.

The part nobody else gives away
Making the invoice is the easy half. Getting paid is the hard half, and that is where this tool goes further than the free ones:
A UPI QR with the amount already in it
Put your UPI ID in once. Every invoice then carries a QR code that opens your client's payment app with the exact amount filled in. They scan, they press send. Nobody types a number wrong.
Send the bill as a link
Instead of a PDF that sits unopened, send a link. Your client opens it on their phone, sees the bill, and pays by UPI from that page.
Know who owes you, and for how long
The Paisa screen groups everything unpaid into 0–15 days, 16–30 days and over 30 days, so you can see which money has gone quiet. Record part payments, and send a WhatsApp reminder that gets firmer the older the bill gets.

Questions
Is this GST invoice generator really free?
Yes. Every part of it is free — unlimited invoices, all templates, quotations, delivery challans, client history and CSV export. There is no watermark, no account to create and no monthly fee.
Do I need to sign up or download an app?
No. It opens in your browser. If you want it to behave like an app, press Add to home screen and it gets its own icon and opens full screen.
Does it calculate CGST, SGST and IGST?
Yes. Enter the GST rate per line and the tax is split for you, shown per line and totalled at the bottom, with the amount written out in words as Indian invoices require.
Can I put my logo and my own colour on the invoice?
Yes. Set your business name, logo, address, GSTIN and colour once and every invoice, quotation and challan carries them.
Where is my data stored?
On your own device. Invoices and client details never leave your phone or laptop — nothing is uploaded to us. Use the Backup button to keep a copy.
Can my client pay directly from the invoice?
Yes. Add your UPI ID and each invoice carries a UPI QR with the exact amount already filled in. You can also send a link — your client opens the bill on their phone and pays from that page.
Does it work without internet?
Once the page has loaded, yes. Making, saving and printing invoices all work offline.
