Shop billing app with UPI QR and udhaar khata
Galla is the counter, the udhaar diary and the day's hisaab in one screen — on the phone that is already in your shop. Bought once for ₹399, never rented.
Billing that keeps up with the counter
- Tap to bill from your own rate list. It ships with a kirana list and four more — chai and nashta, sabzi and fruit, medical, stationery
- Cash, UPI or udhaar on every bill
- A UPI QR with the amount already in it — the customer scans and pays, nobody types the figure
- The bill on WhatsApp, or printed, in one tap
The udhaar khata, without the second entry
Save a bill as udhaar and it lands in the khata by itself. You get the outstanding amount per person, how old each debt is, part payments, and WhatsApp reminders in nine Indian languages with three tones — gentle, firm and final.
There is also an ageing screen — 0–15 days, 16–30 days, over 30 days — because a diary tells you who owes you, but not whose money has been sitting still for two months.
The day's hisaab, without the calculator
At closing time: total sale, the split between cash, UPI and udhaar, what sold most, and every bill of the day. Export the day as CSV whenever your accountant asks.

Questions
What does Galla do?
It turns any phone into a shop counter — billing from your own rate list, a UPI QR with the exact amount, the udhaar khata, and the day's hisaab with a cash, UPI and udhaar split.
How much does it cost?
₹399, paid once. It is not a subscription and nothing is auto-debited from your account. The free version handles five bills a day, so you can judge it properly before paying.
Do I need to install an app?
No. It opens in your browser, and Add to home screen gives it its own icon so it opens like an app.
How does the udhaar khata work?
Save a bill as udhaar and it writes itself into the khata — no second entry. You can see who owes what and for how long, record part payments, and send a WhatsApp reminder in nine Indian languages.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Billing, the khata and the day's hisaab all work offline. Only payment and sign-in need a connection.
Where is my shop's data kept?
On your phone. Bills, khata and customers are never uploaded to us. Take a backup from the Shop tab now and then — a lost phone would otherwise mean a lost khata.
Can customers pay by UPI?
Yes. Add your UPI ID and every bill carries a QR with the amount already filled in. There is also a full-screen QR you can hold across the counter.
